| Q: | Exactly how does the Coaches Benefit Association membership work? |
| A: |
The Coaches Benefit Association, through a partnership with The Coaches Marketing Group provides the qualifications of many coaching professionals in a summarized, patented database format. Skills, experience and achievements are provided to a minimum of 250 athletic hiring decision makers within 24 hours of their signing up, regardless of the amount of paid memberships. A minimum of 50 institutions are being added each month. |

Your donation is 100% used to market the qualifications of students, student athletes, former athletes, current athletes, current coaches and former coaches. |
| Q: | How does the Coaches Benefit Association market the people I sponsor? |

Based on your specifications, custom membership packages are purchased in the Coaches Marketing Group's line of products. Your donation specifies the level of membership provided to those you sponsor. Complete resumes can be included, as well as other premium features. |

Yes-The Coaches Benefit Association is an approved 501c3 non-profit organization to foster the ability of those seeking a career in sports with limited resources to provide this on their own. |
| Q: | How long do you market each candidate? |

Each candidate is marketed for the time frame specified by you. Memberships are offered on 3-month, 6-month, and 12-month, and 24 month basis. |
| Q: | Can I specify which organization or school receives the benefit of my donation? |

Yes-We earmark your donation to be used only by institutions you specify. However, you may indicate "General" which will be used to benefit individuals on a non-discretionary basis. |
| Q: | Can I specify the race or gender of those who receives the benefit of my donation? |

Limited specifications may be placed on race or gender. CBA prefers to provide assistance on a first-come, first-serve basis, to an entire group, not specific individuals. |
| Q: | How do I know you have provided benefits to those persons specified, as I have requested? |

You will receive written updates regarding those persons receiving the benefit of your donation. Your name or logo will be utilized as designation of your participation and sponsorship of that person. You will be allowed to modify your donor specifications on a quarterly basis, should suitable candidates be difficult to locate. |

Institutions are asked to report hirings to us on a voluntary basis only. Our product depends on providing an easy, fast tool for employers to fill coaching vacancies. Many of our members receive multiple job offers, and we are grateful for feedback regarding our success. |
